As per the Food Safety and Standards Regulations, all licensed Food Business Operators (FBOs) engaged in manufacturing, repacking, relabelling, or importing of food products are required to file their Annual Return (Form D1) online via the FoSCoS portal. Failure to submit returns on time will attract penalties as prescribed by the authority.
